Joshua Grossberg, senior entertainment journalist for “E! Entertainment Online.” As a filmmaker, recipient of the Platinum Award for Best Short at the WorldFest Houston Film Festival, for LIFE IS ELSEWHERE; a semi-finalist for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences’ prestigious Nicholls Fellowship in Screenwriting For THE ASCENDANCE (top 30 out of 4,250 entries); a finalist for the New Century Writer Awards, a Special Honorable Recognition for THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACHED and THE ASCENDANCE. As a graduate of Northwestern University, he’s also the recipient of The Steven Spielberg Award for Best Student Production at the WorldFest Charleston International Film festival, for NOWHERE TOWN. Recently, Joshua completed, LOOKING FOR HARRISON, a 30 minute comedy parodying the films of Harrison Ford, featuring real life Raiders of the Lost Ark costar John Rhys-Davies. He also just wrapped post-production on BETRAYED, a nine minute short thriller starring Seth Gilliam (HBO’s The Wire), PJ Sosko (NBC’s Law & Order), and Cara Buono (HBO’s The Sopranos) which was one of the first films shot on the new Canon 5D Mark II Digital SLR camera. BETRAYED, which Joshua co-wrote with Michael Kier, is currently being submitted to film festivals and plans are underway for a feature-length version. |

Kevin Wilson has over 15yrs as a working professional in film post in NYC. As an audio engineer he has mixed films for Albert Maysles to audio restoration on the famed Diane Sawyer Bob Woodruff interview. His knowledge of work flows has caused him to move into post production coordination and producing. |

Michael Adam Kier, co-wrote with Grossberg, Betrayed, a nine minute short thriller starring Seth Gilliam (HBO’s The Wire) and Cara Buono (HBO’s The Sopranos) which was one of the first films shot on the new Canon 5D Mark II Digital SLR camera. Betrayed is scheduled to screen at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival’s Short Film Corner with plans underway for a feature-length version. Theatrically, Michael has produced, adapted and directed financially successful off-off Broadway productions of Shakespeare’s Macbeth and Chekhov’s A Seagull. As professional makeup artist, he has been quoted in various periodicals and his special efx talents can be seen in HBO’s Angels in America. Some of his acting credits include Law & Order, Damages, Let’s Explore as well as Joshua Grossberg’s Looking For Harrison, in which he portrayed the Harrison Ford look-a-like. Since 2006, Michael has also been the National Director of Sales for the luxury organic spa product company, Red Flower. |
